We are starting to plan our next kayaking retreat down the Colorado River. These retreats clear the mind with cool water and sunshine. New friends are made and old friendships are revitalized. This is a great way to shift the focus to what is truly important in our lives. We paddle a little and float a lot. We go from the sauna cave to hot springs. We eat, relax, soak in the hot springs, eat, relax, soak in the hot springs, eat, relax … well, you get the picture.
Food is prepared for you. You bring a tent, sleeping bag and your clothes. All you have to do is relax and have fun. It doesn’t get any better then that! We typically leave for Boulder City (just south of Las Vegas) on a Thursday afternoon … carpools are always a good option. We spend Thursday night at the Hacienda hotel (details coming soon). On Friday morning we launch at the Hoover Dam and are on the river 'till Sunday afternoon. No experience is needed. It is easy and fun.
Trip costs include great food, kayaks, equipment, me and my wonderful guide. Your spot is reserved with your $100 non-refundable deposit. 2012 pricing and registration coming soon!
